- Dispatch cutoff
- 12 noon Melbourne time (Australia/Melbourne: AEST or AEDT), on business days. Dispatch eligibility depends on stock and payment confirmation.
- Stock and pre-orders
- The cutoff applies to available stock. A pre-order or back-order requires its own confirmed availability and dispatch estimate; contact support before relying on a date.
- Tracking and exceptions
- Tracking or a courier reference is emailed after dispatch. Standard and express windows below are estimates; weekends, public holidays, carrier delays and remote locations can extend them. Confirm carrier and address eligibility with support.

Delivery windows are estimates only and can vary by location, carrier volume, and remote or regional transit conditions.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 12.00pm AEST/AEDT on business days are eligible for same business day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are sent on the next business day.
Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.
